Seriously, man. Here’s the thing. You are about to miss your opportunity for fame and glory. If you act now, you can grab at least a little of that brass ring – the one that lets you claim to have created this really innovative word of mouth campaign (and by innovative, I mean – take a stuffy industry and add cleavage. Or by innovative, I mean, successfully executed by Wonkette) to launch a blog.

But if you DON’T act quickly – it won’t end well. A few words come to mind.

cheat, con artist, con man, deceiver, deluder, dissimulator, equivocator, fabler, fabricator, fabulist, false witness, falsifier, fibber, jive turkey, maligner, misleader, perjurer, phony, prevaricator, promoter, storyteller, trickster

I’d have to imagine that the wide range of talented women that run PR blogs might have some even more interesting phrases.

It seems there is a lot of connection — bad blood? — between Brian Connolly and Edelman. He does seem awfully critical of Richard Edelman and Steve Rubel (and other Edelmans?) in some comments I found. (Do a search for “Brian Connolly” +Edelman, and see for yourself.)

Plus, the radar or other references to Edelman on the strumpette.com site (which is giving me a timed out error this noon hour. Could it be really, really busy or has the plug been pulled?) are not necessarily nice. I noted the connection to BC and Rubel at Robert French’s first post on the topic.

So, either, we all owe Brian a sincere and huge apology, or he’s SOL (whether or not he is actually Amanda Chapel or another blog author).
    Mike

I try to avoid blog feuds like Black Death, but I became so intrigued, I decided to blog about it.
